“Mama, where do babies come from?”

Asked the little one with a cute frown.

“Hmm, let me see.”

“A nice birdy crane brought you for daddy and me.”

“Mama, were you and daddy happy to receive me?”

Asked the little one with a big fat smile

“Very my darling and will always be.”

“Mama, do babies die?”

Asked the little one with a cry

“Hmm, yes love, babies do die sometimes”

“Why, mama? Why at times?”

“Because sometimes the nature is cruel, humans are weak and society is scary.”

“At times we have to give in and we lost wearily.”

“Really mama?”

“Really my pumpkin, that’s why.”

“Mama, is that why I have to go?”

Asked the little one with teary eyes

“Yes my baby, I’m afraid I have to let you go”

“Can’t I at least meet you and daddy before I die?”

“Cannot my darling, mama cannot wait till that late”

“Mama, do you love me?”

Asked the little one with a quiet voice

“More than anything, you are why I rejoice”

“But, you don’t want me mama”

“How is that, love?”

“With all my heart I desire you”

“With all my heart I want you”

“But, I cannot afford to have you”

Physically, I cannot own you”

“Spiritually and mentally,”

“You, my baby, I love you.”

“My baby,”

“Will you forgive me? Will you love me?”

Asked mama, shakily and tearfully holding her tummy.

“Baby? Please answer me.”

“Mama, I’ll wait for you on the other side”

“I am weary, I am too weak, I am dying”

“I’ll answer you, on the other side.”

My mother

I miss my mother,

I really do,

There is no other,

Who does what she dos.
I’ve known her all my life,

From a lil girl to now a wife,

And each day as I grow,

I appreciate her even more.
As annoying as she is,

Far more loving she is,

As mad as she drives me,

Far more she cares for me.
I seldom let her know,

How much I love her so,

For words lack the puff,

To ever thank her enough.
I’m not the best of daughter,

But I try hard not to totter,

However, I mostly fail,

To follow her amicable trail.
No matter come what may,

Despite being far & away,

I know she’ll always be there,

For I may outgrow her laps but never her heart.

Being Equal- Part 3

In moments of true revelation,

Men and Women are to be uniquely different,

Women hold the key to human existence,

Passing down the generations in their miraculous wombs,

Nurturing an embryo into a conscious being,

Like a pulsating star waiting to come into this World.

Women has the Power to change the World ;

“An embryo coming into existence,

Nine months in a mother’s womb,

Guide the child toward the righteous path,

Educate the child with the touch of an angel,

Love the child with all their might.”

‘Years of infanthood to adults,

Nurture the child into decent human being’

In epilogue,

Men destroys like the ferocious fire,

Women heals like the aesthetical pure water;

Men charges like the raging bull,

Women dances like the mythical unicorn;

Men gnaws like the ravaging locusts,

Women endures like the beautiful butterflies;

Men and Women should live in harmony,

In opposite equilibrium,

Yet we still live in a crazy chaotic world….
