May Miracles Happen

A little girl with a wide imagination

Often caught exploding with excitement

Hardly a moment she would just sit with boredom

For her head will already be filled with her own creations!

Too many a time she would just stop and ask

Will I ever be that fairy queen, hardly a task?

“I want to be able to fly up so high”

Sprinkle fairy dust across the sky.

As time passed

The girl too was little no more Her imagination sometimes hardly used.

She goes through life like any other girl

Having to believe that life is no – dab of chocolate swirl

But somehow she knows Always in her heart Miracles do happen.

“And let’s just wait for this one to start.”
